The phone settings section on windows 10 OS contains only one option which is used to Add your phone to your computer system. This allows you to send and see photos from your phone in your computer system and also gives you the means whereby you can send webpage links from your phone to your computer system.

Steps to add your phone to your computer

  • (i) Click on the button Add a phone in the phone settings page (this will take you to another page to start up the process)
  • (ii) Click on the button Get Started (this opens another page)
  • (iii) Click on the Sign in button (this takes you to a sign up dialog page for you to use your Microsoft account or use your existing email address to continue). After this, click on the Continue button.
  • (iv) Next is the permissions, you will be asked to allow different permissions for your device, click on Allow for all them.
  • (v) All Set, you can have successfully added your phone to your computer system.
