Using the internet with your computer system is one of those things that you will likely do frequently when you start working in organizations or IT firms.

I believe you are familiar with accessing the internet with your phone. So, this is almost the same thing with your computer system or PC, just that you will have an interesting user interface while using accessing the internet with your computer system.
And unlike phones that you can just switch ON your data and start browsing the internet immediately, in a computer system you will need access to a hotspot network or a modern device that you can use to create internet connection for your computer system to be able to browse the internet.


  • HOW TO START USING THE COMPUTER INTERNET
  • Step 1 - Get connected to hotspot using your computer by turning ON your computer Wi-Fi signal. Or you can use any other means for connecting your computer device to the internet.
  • Step 2 - Go to your preferred web browser and open it. (In module one of this computer basic tutorial I explained the different kinds of application software, one of them is web browsers. There you will find different examples of web browsers).
  • Step 3 - After opening your preferred web browser you can now type in the search words into the search input bar, what you want to search from the internet.
  • Step 4 - Normally google displays different links of search options for you choose from. Any link you click takes you to that particular website displaying the information there.

CONCLUSION

In this tutorial I believe you have been able to learn how to use your computer system to access the internet.
