Adding Slide Notes

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to add slide notes to your slides. Notes are useful in PowerPoint which helps to direct the presenter on how to arrange his/her slides and lots more. Simply follow the steps below to learn this now.

  • ADDING SLIDE NOTES
  • Step 1 - Select the slide that you want to add notes to. Then go to the status bar and click on the Notes option as shown in the image below.

  • Step 2 - After clicking on the Notes option, the notes input section will be displayed with a default placeholder (Click to add notes).
    Now, click on the input field and type in your little notes for the particular slide.

  • Step 3 - ALL DONE!

NOTE:

You can apply different basic formatting and editing to slides. For example; you can apply BOLD, ITALICS, BULLET POINTS.

If maybe the notes option is not visible on the status bar. Simply Right Click on the status bar to display a list of options. Locate the option Notes and click to mark it.
