Convert Presentation To Picture

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how you can convert your presentation in PowerPoint to picture format (JPEG, PNG etc). I believe we have done this before under the general topic of exporting presentation, but nevertheless just follow the few steps below in case you missed it before.

• CONVERT PRESENTATION TO PICTURE
• Step 1 - Open the presentation you want to convert to picture. Click on the File tab.


• Step 2 - Next, click on the Export option. In the first column, click on Change File Type. In the second column; under the Image File Types you can click on either JPEG or PNG picture format. After that, click on the Save As button below it.


• Step 3 - Next, when the file explorer (Save As) opens, type the name of the presentation in the File name input field, then click on the Save As button.


• Step 4 - Next, PowerPoint will ask you whether you want to save only the particular slide you are on, or all the slides in the presentation. Click your desired choice.


• Step 5 - Next, if you clicked on All Slides from the previous options, PowerPoint will now display message telling you that your slides has been saved separately in the selected directory that you chose while saving it. Click on OK. If you clicked on Just This One, it will be saved without any message prompt.


NOTE:

If you are clicked on All Slides, PowerPoint will automatically create a folder and save of the slide in picture format inside that folder. But, if you click on Just this One, that slide will be saved to the directory or folder you selected.

• Step 6 - Now if you open the folder the slide(s) has been saved inside your computer, you will see that the slide is now in picture form as shown in the image below.

TIP:

An alternative way to do this, is by using the save as method, then inside the file explorer; change the Save as Type selection to PNG or JPEG, and proceed.
