Clearing Formatting

PowerPoint provides an option which you can use erase all the formatting. Erasing formatting will make the formatted text go back to its original form.

  • HOW TO CLEAR FORMATTING
  • Step 1 - Select the portion of text in your slide that you want to clear the formatting

  • Step 2 - In your Home tab, go to the Fonts group and click on the Clear All Formatting button.
    Click on the button, and your selected text will be unformatted.
