PowerPoint - Selection Pane

Selection Pane

Selection Pane in PowerPoint is used to arrange or manage the objects in your slide. It can also be used to order, select multiple objects, rename, hide and unhide different objects in your slide.

  • SELECTION PANE
  • Step 1 - First insert objects into your slide (it can be shapes or pictures).

  • Step 2 - Click on any object. Depending on the object (Picture, Shape, Video etc) in the menu tab, click on either Shape Format, Video Format, Format, Picture Format tab. Then go to the Arrange group; click on Selection Pane.

  • Show and Hide Objects - To show or hide individual object, simply click on the Eye Icon beside the object.

  • Show and Hide Objects All Objects - To show or hide all objects at once, simply click on the Show and Hide buttons.

  • Rename - Double Click on the name to edit.
