Undoing And Redoing Changes

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to undo and redo changes in PowerPoint using commands and also keyboard shortcuts.

  • UNDO CHANGES
  • This can be done from your quick access toolbar by clicking on the icon.
    • undoing-changes
  • The undo icon tool has an arrow which when click on, opens list of changes made. You can hover your mouse cursor through those changes and click to bring them back.
    • undoing-changes
  • The keyboard shortcut for undo is Ctrl + Z

Clicking the undo or redo icon again and again continues to undo or redo changes made one at time.
