E-mail Presentation

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to email your presentation. This is very simply, just follow the few steps below.

  • EMAIL PRESENTATION
  • Step 1 - Open the presentation you want to email out.

  • Step 2 - Click the File Tab which will open the home page. In the first column at your left, click on the Share option. In the second column, click on Email. Lastly in the third column choose an option that you want to use and click on it.

  • Step 3 - Your default emailing application on your computer system will be displayed with your email address on the sender's input and the presentation attached as a file. Simply type in the email address of the receiver, the subject of the email, message and click on send.

NOTE:

Presentation files can also be sent by going to your email application directly, but you would have to attached the file by getting it from where it was saved on your device.
Also remember you will be needing internet access and data for sending emails.
