Convert Presentation To Video

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how you can convert your presentation in PowerPoint to video. I believe we have done this before under the general topic of exporting presentation, but nevertheless just follow the few steps below in case you missed it before.

  • CONVERT PRESENTATION TO VIDEO
  • Step 1 - Open the presentation you want to convert to video. Click on the File tab.

  • Step 2 - Next, click on the Export option. In the first column, click on Create a Video. In the second column, set the video format that you want to use, the timing and narrations and also set the seconds that will be spend on each slide as you wish. Then click on Create Video

  • Step 3 - Next, when the file explorer (Save As) open, type the name of the presentation in the File name input field, then click on the Save button.

  • Step 4 - Presentation document has been saved and converted to video successfully.

TIP:

An alternative way to do this, is by using the save as method, then inside the file explorer; change the Save as Type selection to MPEG-4 video (.mp4) or any video format you like, and save.
