Convert Text To SmartArt

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how to convert an ordinary text to smartart to make your slide content more beautiful and nicer.

  • TEXT TO SMARTART
  • Step 1 - In your Home tab, go to the Paragraph group and click on the Convert To SmartArt Graphic button.

  • Step 2 - From the drop list of align text options, click on the one you want to use and it will be applied to the text and its text box

  • Step 2 (b) - Once the text is converted to smartart graphic. The SmartArt Design Tab will be displayed in the menu tabs. Here you can use the grouped commands or options contained in the tab to customize your smartart graphic to your desired look.

  • Step 3 - To access more smartart graphic options, you can click on the option More SmartArt Graphics from the dropdown list.

  • Step 4 - A dialog box will be displayed where you can select from the categories of smartart graphics that you want.
