Hiding Slides

In PowerPoint, you can hide slide so that during slide show it will not be seen amongst the presentation. To do this you can use any of the simple methods below.

  • METHOD 1
  • Step 1 - Go to the slide tab and select the slide(s) that you want to hide.

  • Step 2 - Click on the Slide Show tab, and go the Set Up group. Then click on the command Hide Slide

  • Step 2 - The slide will be successfully hidden. Notice a backward slash on top the slide number of the slide that was hidden in the slide tab.

  • METHOD 2
  • Step 1 - Right Click on any of the slides in the slide tab that you want to hide. From the list of dropdown options displayed, click on the option Hide Slide

  • Step 2 - The slide will be successfully hidden.

TIP:

To hide multiple slides you have to first select the slides that you want to hide continue with any method above.
