Convert Presentation To PDF

In this tutorial, I will be showing you how you can convert your presentation in PowerPoint to PDF. I believe we have done this before under the general topic of exporting presentation, but nevertheless just follow the few steps below in case you missed it before.

  • CONVERT PRESENTATION TO PDF
  • Step 1 - Open the presentation you want to convert to pdf. Click on the File tab.

  • Step 2 - Next, click on the Export option. In the first column, the first option is already Create PDF/XPS Document. In the second column, click on Create PDF/XPS

  • Step 3 - Next, when the file explorer (Publish as PDF/XPS) open. Type the name of the presentation in the File name input field, then click on the Publish button.

  • Step 4 - Presentation document has been saved and converted to PDF successfully.

tips
TIP:

An alternative way to do this, is by using the save as method, then inside the file explorer; change the Save as Type selection to PDF, and save.
