Photo Album

In the previous tutorials, I showed you how to add pictures and screenshots. Here we are going to be seeing how we can add photo album in PowerPoint.

DEFINITION:

Photo album is a file that contains group of photos

  • ADDING PHOTO ALBUM
  • Step 1 - Click on the Insert tab, go to the Images group and click on the option Photo Album. From the dropdown list of option displayed click on New Photo Album.

  • Step 2 - This Photo Album dialog box will be displayed. In this dialog box: File/Disk is used to add the pictures to the album, New Text Box is used to add Text to the album.

  • Step 3 - After you have added the photo or text that you want to use. In the Layout Album section, you can set the Picture layout, Frame Shape and Theme.

  • Step 4 - In the second column section, below the heading Pictures in Album contains the list of pictures and text in the album. You can use the up and down arrow button below this section to arrange the contents of your ablum. You can also use the remove button to delete content (pictures or text from the album).

  • Step 5 - Lastly under the Preview section you will see the preview of the pictures of text. Below the preview, there is a button for rotating the content and other basic editing.

  • Step 6 - After you are done with everything, you can click on the Create button to add the photo album to PowerPoint.

NOTE:

After creating your photo album, you can edit the album by simply going to the Insert tab, inside the Images group; click on Photo Album from the dropdown list displayed click on Edit Album
