Zooming

There are several methods which you can used zoom in and out of your slide area. You can use any of the methods below.

  • METHOD 1
  • Step - Click on the View tab. Go to the Zoom group and click on the Zoom command option. (This will open the zoom dialog box).
    Select any of the zoom option or type in the percentage you want in the Percent input number field

  • METHOD 2
  • Step - Go to the Zoom Slider at the bottom right of your powerpoint windows area.
    Use you mouse to move the range slider to either left or right depending on whether you want to zoom in or zoom out.

TIP:

Zoom In means making the slide area or a particular portion of the slide bigger, while Zoom Out means making it smaller


  • METHOD 3
  • Hold Ctrl and use your mouse scroll to scroll down or up (Zoom In | Zoom Out)
