Inserting text in powerpoint is very simple, here I'm going to be showing you step by step two ways on how your can insert text in your PowerPoint presentation.

  • INSERTING TEXT
  • Step 1 - Open PowerPoint application and click on the Blank Presentation option from the Home Windows that is displayed.

  • Step 2 - A slide will be created with a default office theme as shown in the image below.

  • Step 3 - Click on any of the text box in the default theme to edit the text in it. Hint: here you can edit the Title and Subtitle in the text boxes that has default texts (Click to add title & Click to add subtitle).

  • Step 4 - After typing just click outside the text box area for a clear view.
