The quick access toolbar is located at the left side after the title bar. It contains commands that can be used to perform various operations such as Create New Document, Open Document, Start Slide, Copying, Saving, Redo, Undo etc.

To enable other quick access tools, click on the dropdown icon of the quick access toolbar then from the dropdown list, click to mark any command which you want to add to the quick access toolbar.
