Deleting Slides

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to delete slides in PowerPoint. You can use any of the simple methods below to do this.

  • METHOD 1
  • Step 1 - Go to the slide tab and select or click on the slide that you want to delete. Then press the Delete key on your keyboard

  • Step 2 - Slide will be successfully deleted.

  • METHOD 2
  • Step 1 - Go to the slide tab and Right Click on the slide that you want to delete. From the dropdown list displayed, click on the option Delete Slide.

  • DELETING MULTIPLE SLIDES AT ONCE
  • Step 1 - Go to the slide tab. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and Click on the slides that you want to select for deletion.

  • Step 2 - After selecting the slides, press the Delete key on your keyboard to delete the slides OR Right Click on the selected slides, then from the dropdown list of options displayed click on Delete Slide.
