How To Delete A Page

In Ms-word there are many ways to delete a page from your document. You can use any of the methods below to delete a page from your document.

  • METHOD 1 (USING BACKSPACE KEY)
  • This is the simplest method for deleting a page in your document.
  • Step - Select all text in the document by using any selection method of your choice, then press the BACKSPACE key on your keyboard.

  • METHOD 2 (USING DELETE KEY)
  • This is also another simple method for deleting a page in your document.
  • Step - Select all text in the document by using any selection method of your choice, then press the DELETE key on your keyboard.

  • METHOD 3 (USING FIND AND REPLACE DIALOG BOX)
  • Step - Click on the page that you want to delete, then press Ctrl + G on your keyboard (This will display the Find and Replace dialog box with the Go-To tab opened), Inside the Enter page number input field type in \page, click the Go To button and lastly click the Close button. All the content in that page will be selected. Then press the DELETE or BACKSPACE key on your keyboard.

  • Step - Click on the View tab. Go the Show group and enable the Navigation Pane option.
    In the navigation pane, click on the Pages tab, then go to the page you want to delete, select it and press BACKSPACE or DELETE
