Insert Online Video

In Ms-word you can also insert online videos from YouTube and other sources. Follow the simple steps below.

  • INSERTING ONLINE VIDEO
  • Step 1 - Place your text cursor in the position in your document where you want to insert the online video.
  • Step 2 - Click on the Insert tab, go the Media group and click on the Online Videos command. This will display a dialog box for you to enter the URL of the online video.

  • Step 3 - After you enter the URL and click insert, you online video will be successfully inserted.

    NOTE:

    You will need internet connection for the online video to be able to display in your Ms-word document.
    URL is the link of the video which can be gotten Right clicking on the source video and click on the Copy link address option.

  • FORMATTING ONLINE VIDEO
  • Step 1 - Click on the video you want to format.
  • Step 2 - In the menu tab, click on the Picture Format tab, which will bring out different ribbons and related commands for you to use and format the video.
