How To Make Round Seal

In this tutorial, I am going to be showing you step by step on how to make a round seal in Ms-word document. Follow the steps below to learn it now.

  • HOW TO MAKE ROUND SEAL
  • Step 1 - Open a blank document, click on the Insert tab, in the Text group click on the WordArt button. This will display dropdown options of WordArt styles, click on the first one.

  • Step 2 - Text box will be inserted with demo text.

  • Step 3 - Edit the text and replace it with the text you want to use for the round seal.

  • Step 4 - Center Align the text.

  • Step 5 - Click on the text, click on the Shape Format tab, go to the WordArt Styles group and click on the Text Effect icon. This will display a dropdown list, move the mouse pointer over the Transform option which will display another list. Then click on the Warp button in the warp section.

  • Step 6 - The text will change accordingly (rounded). You can resize and adjust by clicking on the edit points as shown in the image below.

  • Step 7 - Resize the text by holding down click button and drag down the bottom right edit point.

  • Step 8 - Adjust the curve by holding down click button and drag outwards and upwards the small orange circle.

  • Step 9 - Now the text is rounded perfectly.

  • Step 10 - Now click on the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click on the Shapes button and select the oval shape.

  • Step 11 - Draw the oval shape over the rounded text.

  • Step 12 - In the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Styles group. Click on the Shape Fill button and a dropdown list will display, then click on the No Fill option to remove the fill color from the shape.

  • Step 13 - In the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Outline group. Mouse the mouse pointer over the Weight option and this will display another list of line weight options. Click on the 4 1/2pt line option.

  • Step 14 - Draw another small oval shape inside the first oval shape. Make sure to center it well as shown in the image below.

  • Step 15 - In the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Styles group. Click on the Shape Fill button and a dropdown list will display, then click on the No Fill option to remove the fill color from the shape.

  • Step 16 - In the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Outline group. Mouse the mouse pointer over the Weight option and this will display another list of line weight options. Click on the 4 1/2pt line option.

  • Step 17 - Now the seal is almost ready. You can stop here, but its advisable to make nice. So, move to the next step.

  • Step 18 - Draw another small oval shape inside the second oval shape, then in the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Outline group. Mouse the mouse pointer over the Dashes option and this will display another list of line styles options. Click on of the option to apply it.

  • Step 19 - Draw another oval shape inside the first oval shape, then in the Format Shape tab, go to the Shape Outline group. Mouse the mouse pointer over the Weight option and this will display another list of line weight options. Click on the 2 1/2pt line option.
    At this point you are done, but you can choose to change the color if you like.

  • Step 20 - Round seal successfully made. You can be creative and adjust the colors, line and font type if you want.
