Clearing Formatting

Ms Word provides an option which you can use erase all the formatting. Erasing formatting will make the formatted text go back to it raw form or original form.

  • HOW TO CLEAR FORMATTING
  • Step 1 - Select the portion of text, paragraph or document that you want to clear the formatting

  • Step 2 - In your Home tab, go to the Fonts group and click on the Clear All Formatting button.
    Click on the button, and your selected text, paragraph or document will be unformatted.
