Insert Screenshots

  • INSERTING SCREENSHOTS
  • Step 1 - Go to the worksheet that you want to insert the screenshot.
  • Step 2 - Click on the Insert tab, go the Illustrations group and click on the Illustrations option. This will display the full illustrations group of commands. From the illustration group of commands click on the Screenshot option. (This will display available screenshots from your device and screen clipping option)

  • Step 3 - If you click on the any of the available screenshots, it will be inserted into the excel worksheet.
    If you click on the Screen clipping option, your mouse pointer will be changed to a plus sign symbol. Then go to window you want to screenshot, hold the click button and select the area you want to screenshot and release the click button. Your screenshot will be inserted successfully.

  • Step 1 - Click on the screenshot you want to format.
  • Step 2 - In the menu tab, the Picture Format tab will be selected. This shows different groups of related commands for you to use and format the screenshot.

  • Step 2 (Alternate formatting) - Right click on the screenshot you want to format, from the dropdown list, move to Format Picture and click on it, (This will open the Format Picture pane, from the right side of your excel workbook) then select the options you want to use and start formatting the screenshot.
