Page Breaks

In this tutorial I will be showing you step by step on how to break a worksheet page into two. Just follow the few steps below and you will learn this in not less than 5mins.

  • APPLY PAGE BREAKS
  • Step 1 - The image below is a worksheet that contains two sectioned. Now I want both of them to be printed in separate pages instead of one page as it should be. What do I do?

  • Step 2 - First, select the place where you want to page to break from. Then click the Page Layout tab, then go to the Page Setup group and click on Breaks. From the dropdown options click on Insert Page Break.

  • Step 3 - A horizontal grey line (page break line) will appear at the place where the page will break from.

  • Step 4 - Now if your press Ctrl + P you will have two pages ready for printing.

  • REMOVE PAGE BREAKS
  • Step 1 - Click on the place where the page breaks. Then click the Page Layout tab, then go to the Page Setup group and click on Breaks. From the dropdown options click on Remove Page Break. and the page break will be successfully removed.

  • Step 2 - Now if your press Ctrl + P the you will have only one page ready for printing.

NOTE:

If there are multiple page breaks in one worksheet and you want to remove all of them, simply click on the Reset All Page Breaks. from the dropdown options.
