Select Two Different Columns

In this tutorial I will be showing you how to select two different columns in excel. This is very easy to do, just follow the few steps below and learn this in less than 2mins.

  • SELECTING TWO DIFFERENT COLUMNS
  • Step 1 - Open an excel worksheet.

  • Step 2 - Select the first column by clicking and dragging down then release the click button, just as you usually do.

  • Step 3 - Now to select the second column, hold down Ctrl key on your keyboard and select the second column.
    Notice that the second column is selected while the first column is still selected.

  • Step 1 - To select random cells in your worksheet, simply hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and click on the cells you want to select.
