How To Remove Filters

In the tutorial I will be showing you the simple way on how to remove filters from your data in Excel. Follow the few steps below to learn this in less than 3mins.

  • REMOVING FILTER
  • Step 1 - The table data in the image below have already been filtered.

  • Step 2 - As you can see, there is filter icon in the Prices heading. So how do we remove this filter?

  • Step 3 - Click on the Data tab and go to the Sort & Filter group and click on the Clear.

  • Step 4 - This filter will be cleared successfully. Notice that you can now see other data that was hidden because of the filter option that was set for that particular range of table data.

  • REMOVING FILTER (ALTERNATIVE)
  • Step 1 - An alternative method is to simply Click on the filter icon.

  • Step 2 - From the list of options displayed, click on Clear Filter From "Price" and the filter in the Price column will be cleared.
